Front Crawl

The front crawl, also known as the freestyle, is a popular swimming stroke characterized by alternating arm movements and a flutter kick. Swimmers lie face down in the water and reach forward with one arm while pulling back with the other, creating a continuous, rhythmic motion. The face turns to the side for breathing, allowing for a smooth and efficient glide. It is considered one of the fastest swimming strokes and is commonly used in competitive swimming events. Proper technique involves body alignment, effective breathing, and coordinated arm and leg movements for optimal performance.
