Franz von Kutschera

Franz von Kutschera was a German general during World War II, noted for his roles in the Eastern Front and later in the Balkans. Born in 1891, he served in various military capacities and commanded divisions involved in significant battles. His leadership was marked by a combination of strategic planning and operational execution.
