Extraversion

Extraversion is a personality trait characterized by sociability, assertiveness, and a preference for engaging with the external world. Extraverts tend to feel energized by social interactions and enjoy being around people. They often seek out social activities and may feel restless or bored when alone. In contrast to introverts, who prefer solitude and introspection, extraverts thrive in group settings, often valuing communication and external stimulation. This trait is one of the five major personality dimensions in psychology, known collectively as the Big Five or OCEAN model, which includes Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.
