Eternal Inflation

Eternal inflation is a theory in cosmology suggesting that the universe undergoes a continuous phase of rapid expansion, known as inflation, that never completely stops. In this scenario, while some regions of space slow down and form galaxies and stars, other regions keep inflating indefinitely. This creates a multiverse, where different "pocket" universes can emerge, each potentially having different physical laws. Essentially, it implies that our observable universe is just one small part of a much larger, ever-expanding cosmos, where new universes are constantly being created.
