Eigenvector Centrality

Eigenvector Centrality is a measure used in network analysis to determine the influence of a node (like a person or organization) based on the connections it has. Unlike simple measures that count direct connections, this method considers not just how many connections a node has, but the importance of those connections. A well-connected node that links to other influential nodes will score higher than one with many connections to less significant nodes. Essentially, it identifies not just who is well-connected, but who is connected to other powerful and important nodes within a network.
