Dialysis Center

A dialysis center is a medical facility where patients with kidney failure receive treatment to remove waste, toxins, and excess fluid from their blood. This process, called dialysis, compensates for the kidneys' inability to function properly. There are two main types of dialysis: hemodialysis, where blood is filtered through a machine, and peritoneal dialysis, which uses the lining of the abdomen for filtration. Patients typically visit the center multiple times a week for their treatments, which are essential for maintaining their health and quality of life when their kidneys are no longer able to do the work.
