Cupping protocol

Cupping is a therapeutic practice that involves placing suction cups on the skin to create a vacuum effect. This process is believed to promote blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and facilitate healing. The cups can be made of glass, plastic, or silicone and are often used on the back, shoulders, and neck. Cupping can be either dry, where only suction is applied, or wet, which involves light incisions on the skin for a small amount of blood to be drawn. While it has gained popularity, especially among athletes, scientific evidence supporting its benefits is limited.
