Corporate Equality Index

The Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is a scorecard created by the Human Rights Campaign that evaluates U.S. companies on their policies and practices regarding LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality. Companies are assessed based on factors such as non-discrimination policies, benefits for LGBTQ+ employees, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights. The CEI provides a score from 0 to 100, helping consumers and job seekers identify companies that prioritize LGBTQ+ equality. A higher score indicates a stronger commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
