Bordigism
Bordigism is a Marxist ideology associated with the Italian revolutionary Amadeo Bordiga. It emerges from Council Communism, which emphasizes direct, democratic control of society by workers' councils rather than centralized political parties. Bordigists believe in the need for a revolutionary party to guide and organize the working class, but they prioritize the autonomy and self-management of workers. They critique both capitalism and traditional forms of socialism that rely on state control. Bordigism thus advocates for a radical, self-organized transformation of society towards communism, rejecting compromise with reformist politics.
