"Book of Changes" (Yijing)

The "Book of Changes," known as the Yijing or I Ching, is an ancient Chinese text that serves as a guide to understanding the dynamics of change in life. It consists of a series of symbols called hexagrams, which are formed by combining broken and unbroken lines. Each hexagram represents different situations and the possible transformations within them. Traditionally used for divination, the Yijing offers insights into decision-making and reflects the philosophical concepts of balance, duality, and the interconnectivity of all things. Its teachings emphasize adapting to change and the natural order of the universe.
