Liu Yiming

Liu Yiming (1734–1809) was a Chinese philosopher and Daoist scholar known for his work on inner alchemy and spiritual cultivation. He emphasized the importance of balancing internal energy and cultivating virtue to attain harmony with the Dao, the fundamental principle of the universe.
