Board of Veterans' Appeals

The Board of Veterans' Appeals (BVA) is a part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs that reviews decisions made by regional VA offices regarding veterans' benefits. When a veteran disagrees with a decision, such as denied disability benefits or compensation, they can appeal to the BVA.
