Board members

Board members are individuals elected or appointed to oversee and guide an organization, such as a company or nonprofit. They set policies, make strategic decisions, and ensure the organization fulfills its mission and legal responsibilities. While they do not typically handle daily operations, they supervise the executive team, provide oversight, and protect stakeholders’ interests. Their role balances providing guidance and oversight while ensuring the organization remains accountable and on track toward its goals.
