Biological Feedback
Biological feedback refers to the process by which the body uses information about its current state to adjust and regulate its functions. There are two main types: positive feedback amplifies a change or response (like during childbirth), while negative feedback reduces or counteracts a change (like regulating body temperature). This system helps maintain balance, or homeostasis, within the body, ensuring that processes like hormone levels, blood sugar, and temperature remain within optimal ranges for health and survival. Essentially, it's the body's way of self-regulating to adapt to changes and maintain stability.
