Binary System

The binary system is a numerical system that uses only two symbols: 0 and 1. Unlike the decimal system, which is based on ten symbols (0-9), binary is essential for computers and digital devices. Each digit in a binary number represents a power of 2, making it possible to express any number using combinations of these two digits. For example, the decimal number 5 is represented as 101 in binary. This system is fundamental to computer logic, data encoding, and digital circuits, enabling all sorts of technology and communication we use today.
