Attribution-Impact Framework
The Attribution-Impact Framework is a way to understand how our beliefs about the causes of events (attribution) influence the effects those events have on us (impact). For example, if someone attributes their success to hard work, they're likely to feel empowered and motivated. Conversely, if they blame their failures on external factors beyond their control, it may lead to feelings of helplessness. This framework helps analyze how our perceptions and reasoning shape our emotions and actions, impacting our overall wellbeing and decision-making in various aspects of life.
