Ash'ari theology

Ash'ari theology is a School of Islamic thought that emphasizes God's absolute power and transcendence. It teaches that God's attributes, such as knowledge and mercy, are unique to Him and beyond human understanding. Humans can know some truths about God through reason and revelation, but many aspects remain beyond comprehension. Ash'aris believe that God's actions are ultimately just, even if humans can't fully grasp His wisdom. They also stress the importance of balancing faith and reason, seeking to understand God while trusting in His omnipotence and justice.
