Al-Juwayni

Al-Juwayni, also known as Imam al-Juwayni, was a prominent 11th-century Islamic scholar from Persia, known for his contributions to theology, jurisprudence, and philosophy within the Sunni tradition, particularly the Shafi'i school of thought. He is best recognized for his works in kalam (Islamic theology) and for his critiques of rival philosophical systems. His most notable work, "Al-Nizam al-Mustaqim," examines the foundations of Islamic belief and ethics. Al-Juwayni’s influence shaped later Islamic scholars and continues to be significant in discussions of Islamic thought and logic.
