Adil Shahis
The Adil Shahis were a Muslim dynasty that ruled parts of southern India, particularly the Deccan region, from the late 15th century until the 17th century. Established by Yusuf Adil Shah, the dynasty was known for its patronage of art and culture, as well as for its architectural achievements, including the construction of forts and palaces. The Adil Shahis led a prosperous kingdom characterized by religious tolerance and vibrant trade. Their rule eventually declined due to internal conflicts and the rise of the Mughal Empire, but their legacy continues to influence the cultural landscape of the region.
