Tuckman's Model
Tuckman's Model describes the stages of team development: forming, storming, norming, and performing. Initially, team members come together (forming) and get to know each other. Conflicts and disagreements often arise in the storming stage as individuals assert their opinions. Once these issues are resolved, the team moves to norming, where they establish norms and cohesive collaboration. Finally, in the performing stage, the team works efficiently towards common goals. Understanding these phases helps teams navigate challenges and improve collaboration, resulting in better outcomes.
