Travel Industry Association of America

The Travel Industry Association of America (TIA) was a national organization that represented the interests of the U.S. travel and tourism industry. It aimed to promote travel, advocate for policies that benefit the sector, and provide research and insights about travel trends and economic impacts. By bringing together businesses, destinations, and government entities, TIA sought to enhance the travel experience and support the industry’s growth. In 2008, TIA merged with other organizations to become part of the U.S. Travel Association, which continues to represent similar interests on a broader scale.
