Time Banking
Time banking is a system that allows people to exchange services based on time rather than money. In this model, individuals earn time credits by offering their skills or help to others, which they can later use to receive services in return. For example, if you spend an hour helping someone with gardening, you earn one time credit. You can then use that credit to receive an hour of help, perhaps with tutoring or household tasks. Time banking fosters community connections and mutual support, valuing everyone's time equally, promoting cooperation and a sense of belonging.
