The Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that helps improve focus and productivity. It involves working in short, dedicated intervals called “Pomodoros,” typically 25 minutes long, followed by a 5-minute break. After completing four Pomodoros, you take a longer break, usually 15-30 minutes. This cycle encourages sustained concentration and prevents burnout by balancing work and rest. It helps individuals manage distractions, stay motivated, and track progress effectively, making it a practical tool for maintaining consistent productivity throughout the day.
