The Choice Theory

Choice Theory is a psychological framework developed by Dr. William Glasser that emphasizes the idea that we make choices based on our desires and needs. It suggests that behavior is a choice driven by our attempt to satisfy five basic needs: survival, love and belonging, power, freedom, and fun. According to this theory, the actions we take are aimed at fulfilling these needs, and understanding this can help us improve relationships and personal well-being. By recognizing the motivations behind our choices, we can make better decisions that lead to more fulfilling lives.
