Tennis scoring system
Tennis scoring consists of points, games, and sets. A player scores points in a game by winning rallies, with points counted as 0, 15, 30, and 40. If both players reach 40, it's called "deuce." A player must win two consecutive points from deuce to win the game. Players compete to win six games to claim a set. Matches are usually played in best-of-three or best-of-five sets. Winning a match requires winning the majority of sets. If both players reach six games in a set, a tiebreaker may be played to determine the winner of the set.
