Team Development Stages
Team development stages describe the process a group goes through to become an effective team. The five stages are: 1. **Forming**: Members meet and start to understand their roles. 2. **Storming**: Conflicts may arise as people express their opinions and challenge each other. 3. **Norming**: The team begins to resolve conflicts and establish norms for collaboration. 4. **Performing**: The team becomes fully functional and works efficiently towards their goals. 5. **Adjourning**: The project ends, and the team reflects on their achievements and learns from the experience. This journey fosters trust and collaboration.
