Tattva

Tattva is a Sanskrit term meaning "truth" or "fundamental principle" and is used in Indian philosophy to describe the essential elements or realities that compose the universe and the self. Different systems identify varying numbers of Tattvas—core components that explain existence and consciousness. Think of Tattva as the fundamental building blocks that help us understand the nature of reality and the relationship between the physical world and inner consciousness. They serve as conceptual tools for exploring how everything is interconnected and how our perception of reality is structured at a deeper level.
