Sweat
Sweat is a liquid produced by the sweat glands in the skin, primarily composed of water, salt, and small amounts of other substances. It serves as the body's primary cooling mechanism, helping to regulate temperature through evaporation. When the body heats up from physical activity or high temperatures, sweat is released onto the skin's surface. As it evaporates, it removes heat, keeping the body cool. Additionally, sweating can help eliminate some toxins and maintain skin hydration. While it's often associated with exercise, sweating can occur in response to stress or environmental conditions as well.
