Sonar transducer

A sonar transducer is a device that converts electrical signals into sound waves and vice versa. It is commonly used in sonar systems to detect objects underwater, such as submarines or fish. When activated, the transducer sends out sound pulses into the water. When these sound waves hit an object, they bounce back to the transducer, which then converts the returning sound waves back into electrical signals. These signals can be analyzed to determine the object's distance, size, and shape, making sonar an essential tool in marine navigation, fishing, and underwater exploration.
