Separatists

Separatists are individuals or groups who seek to withdraw from a larger political entity, such as a country or region, to form an independent state or attain greater autonomy. They often feel that their cultural, economic, or political interests are not adequately represented or protected within the existing borders. This movement can stem from cultural identity, economic concerns, or political disagreements. While some separatist efforts aim for peaceful negotiations and legal processes, others may resort to protests or conflicts to achieve independence. Essentially, separatists prioritize self-governance based on a shared identity or interest.
