Raw wine

Raw wine, also known as natural or unfiltered wine, is wine made with minimal intervention. It typically involves organic or biodynamic grapes, no added sulfites or artificial ingredients, and little to no filtration or fining. This process emphasizes expressing the true character of the grapes and vineyard, resulting in a wine that can be more expressive, sometimes cloudy or with sediment, and may vary from batch to batch. Raw wine connects the drinker to the vineyard's natural environment, offering a raw, authentic tasting experience rooted in traditional, low-intervention winemaking practices.
