Radiographic film

Radiographic film is a special type of photographic film used in medical imaging to capture images of the inside of the body, especially bones and certain tissues. When X-rays pass through the body, different tissues absorb the rays to varying degrees. The film records these differences, creating a visual representation, or radiograph, which helps doctors diagnose injuries, infections, or diseases. Although digital imaging is increasingly common, radiographic film is still used in some areas for its simplicity and reliability in producing high-quality images.
