
Quality Circle
A Quality Circle is a small group of employees who regularly meet to discuss and solve work-related problems and improve processes within their organization. Comprising usually 5 to 10 members, these groups share ideas, identify issues, and suggest solutions to enhance quality, efficiency, and workplace conditions. The goal is collaborative problem-solving, encouraging employee involvement in continuous improvement. Quality Circles promote teamwork, empowerment, and often lead to better product quality, increased productivity, and higher employee satisfaction, benefiting both staff and the organization.
