Powder Bed Fusion

Powder Bed Fusion is an additive manufacturing technique used to create objects layer by layer. In this process, fine particles of material, often plastic or metal, are spread evenly across a build platform. A laser or another energy source selectively melts or fuses these particles together based on a digital design. After each layer is completed, the platform lowers, and a new layer of powder is added. This continues until the object is fully built. The result is complex, precise parts that are often lighter and stronger than those made using traditional manufacturing methods.
