Selective Laser Sintering
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a 3D printing technology that creates objects by fusing powdered material, such as plastic or metal, using a focused laser. The laser selectively heats and melts the powder layer by layer according to a digital design, building the object from the bottom up. Once a layer is completed, the process repeats with a new layer of powder until the final shape is formed. SLS allows for complex geometries and durable, functional parts without needing molds or supports, making it ideal for rapid prototyping and small-batch manufacturing.
