Posthumanism

Posthumanism is a philosophical movement that explores what it means to be human in a world increasingly influenced by technology, science, and ecological concerns. It questions traditional ideas of human identity and embraces the possibility of evolving beyond our current biological and cognitive limitations. In the context of Utopianism, posthumanism envisions a future where humanity transcends its flaws, potentially creating ideal societies. Conversely, in Dystopianism, it warns of scenarios where technology leads to loss of agency, ethical degradation, or societal division, highlighting both the potential and pitfalls of human enhancement and artificial intelligence in shaping our futures.
