Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles
The Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle is a method used to improve processes or outcomes. It starts with planning a change (Plan), then implementing that change on a small scale (Do). Next, you study the results to see if the change worked (Study). Finally, based on what you learned, you decide whether to adopt the change, refine it, or try a different approach (Act). This cycle can be repeated to continuously enhance performance and make informed decisions, fostering incremental improvements over time.
