Permanency Roundtable
A Permanency Roundtable is a collaborative process used in child welfare to ensure that children in foster care find stable, lasting homes. During these meetings, social workers, caregivers, and other professionals come together to discuss specific cases, share insights, and develop action plans aimed at securing permanent placements for children—either through reunification with their biological families, adoption, or guardianship. The goal is to prioritize each child's wellbeing and expedite decisions to help them achieve a safe and nurturing environment as quickly as possible.
