OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode)

An OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) is a display technology that uses organic materials to emit light when an electric current is applied. Each pixel in an OLED screen produces its own light, allowing for vibrant colors, deep blacks, and thin, flexible screens. Unlike traditional LCDs, OLEDs don’t require a backlight, which makes displays more energy-efficient and capable of achieving better contrast. They are commonly used in smartphones, TVs, and other electronic devices for their superior image quality, color richness, and design flexibility.
