NORAD
NORAD, or the North American Aerospace Defense Command, is a joint US and Canadian organization responsible for monitoring and protecting North America's airspace. It uses radar, satellites, and other radar systems to detect and track aircraft, missiles, and space objects. NORAD's main goal is to provide early warning of potential threats, such as military attacks or missile launches, ensuring regional safety. It also conducts surveillance, air defense, and defense against possible aerial or missile-based attacks, working closely with military and civilian agencies to keep North America secure.
