NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India) is a policy think tank of the Indian government, established in 2015 to promote sustainable development and cooperative federalism. It replaces the Planning Commission and serves as a platform for states and central ministries to collaborate on designing policies, strategies, and programs for economic growth, social progress, and innovation.
