NEO-FFI
The NEO-FFI, short for Neuroticism-Extraversion-Openness Five-Factor Inventory, is a psychological assessment tool that measures five major personality traits: Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness. Developed from the Five Factor Model of personality, it helps individuals understand their personality profile. The NEO-FFI consists of a series of statements that respondents rate, revealing their tendencies and behaviors in various aspects of life. It is commonly used in research, counseling, and personal development to enhance self-awareness and improve interpersonal interactions.
