Myers' Pillar Theory

Myers' Pillar Theory suggests that our general knowledge is built upon five key areas, or "pillars": vocabulary, knowledge of events and facts, understanding of relationships, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. Each pillar supports our ability to understand and engage with the world. A strong foundation in these areas enables better learning, communication, and decision-making. Just as a building needs sturdy columns to stand tall, our knowledge relies on the strength of these interconnected pillars to function effectively in various contexts.
