Mono-place Chambers
Mono-place chambers, commonly known as hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) chambers, are specialized medical devices designed for one person at a time. These chambers increase atmospheric pressure while delivering pure oxygen, allowing the lungs to absorb more oxygen than at normal pressure. This enhanced oxygen supply aids in healing various conditions, such as decompression sickness, carbon monoxide poisoning, and certain wounds. The treatment is conducted under medical supervision, and patients typically spend about an hour in the chamber to benefit from its therapeutic effects.
