Mongolian Nomads

Mongolian nomads are traditionally pastoralists who move seasonally with their livestock, primarily horses, sheep, goats, and camels, across the vast steppes of Mongolia. They live in portable tents called gers (or yurts), allowing them to adapt to changing climates and grazing conditions. This lifestyle is rooted in a deep connection with nature and a rich cultural heritage, including music, festivals, and equestrian skills. Despite modernization, many nomadic families continue to practice their age-old traditions, emphasizing sustainable living and maintaining their unique identity within the rapidly changing world.
