Marxist Feminism

Marxist feminism is an ideology that combines Marxist and feminist theories to analyze the relationship between capitalism and women's oppression. It argues that women's subordination is linked to economic structures, where capitalism exploits both women’s labor in the workplace and their unpaid work at home, like caregiving. This perspective emphasizes that true gender equality can only be achieved by dismantling capitalism itself, alongside challenging patriarchy, as economic independence is crucial for women's liberation.
