Margaret Beaufort

Margaret Beaufort (1443–1509) was a key figure in English history, known for her piety, intelligence, and influence during the late medieval period. As a noblewoman and mother of King Henry VII, she played a significant role in the Wars of the Roses by supporting the Lancastrian cause.
