M26 Pershing

The M26 Pershing was a heavy tank used by the United States during World War II and into the early Cold War. Named after General John J. Pershing, it was designed to address the shortcomings of earlier American tanks. The M26 featured a powerful 105 mm gun, thick armor, and a capable engine, allowing it to engage German tanks effectively.
