Linked Data

Linked Data is a method for connecting and organizing information across the web. It uses URI (Uniform Resource Identifiers) to identify things—like people, places, or concepts—and links them together in a way that machines can understand. This allows data from different sources to be combined and used more effectively. For example, by linking data about a movie to its director and the actors involved, we can easily access related information. This promotes a more interconnected web of knowledge, enabling richer searches and better integration of diverse information sets.
