Latin Church
The Latin Church, also known as the Roman Catholic Church, is the largest Christian church, led by the Pope in Vatican City. It follows the Latin liturgical tradition, which includes rituals, prayers, and sacraments primarily conducted in Latin or the vernacular languages. The Latin Church emphasizes the authority of the Pope, the importance of the sacraments (such as baptism and Eucharist), and a commitment to tradition. It is one half of the broader Catholic Church, the other half being the Eastern Catholic Churches, which have different liturgical practices but are in communion with the Pope.
